Click on my orders then click on any specific order that you want to Cancel.
In the same screen we can find an option Cancel Order.
This option will be enabled only if the order is in Order Placed status.

Replacement is applicable only on genuine reason like goods are decayed or damaged.
Replacement will be done on the same day.
